First visit today and I was impressed from scheduling my appointment to my checkout .
This is my first time using a dermatologist. For my first appointment, I waited 45 minutes to see the doctor. $65 later and 5 minutes of an "exam," I was told I needed to come back to get a pilar cyst removed. No one communicated to me during the entire 45 minute wait to tell me anything...running behind, short staffed, nothing. The procedure day, I was seen right away and in and out in 15 minutes. I am not one who reviews places of business, but today I feel like it is necessary to rate this business. I am so disappointed on the care my family and I received today from the PA. First, My family and I waited an hour and twenty minutes, I'm not including the ten minutes we arrived before our scheduled appointment. My child was seen first for the area of concern. Made a mistake and showed up for what I thought was an appointment on Friday when the appointment was actually for the following Monday. The staff was considerate enough to fit me in so I wouldn't have to come back. Thanks for the great customer service.

I'll just ask a simple question .... What is the point of making an appointment when you still wait almost 50 minutes to be seen? They always tell you to arrive about 10 minutes early which I do, then they make you wait until almost 50 minutes after your scheduled time to be seen. If I was to show up 10 minutes late they would have already cancelled my appointment, made me reschedule, and charge me for a missed appointment on top of it! Worst medical practice ever! Rude staff and providers. The wait time is like nothing I've ever experienced. What is the point of making an appointment? The final straw was when I was lied to by my provider. Instead of being honest and telling us that they dropped the ball, she tried to feed us some garbage about the stars did not align! What does that even mean? We switched to Pariser and it has been wonderful!
