RecommendedWent to the Store yesterday, with my 2-yr old SP4 with me. The guy I dealt with, about the problems of my Surface during my recent trip to Asia, was very cordial. He had suggested that I leave it with them for 2 days so that they can do a complete diagnostic and I agreed. However, when they found out that yesterday was the last day of my warranty, I was told that they'll t replace my SP4 with the latest version or model, etc. I went home very happy. I felt so proud of Microsoft.
The staff are so helpful friendly and just made us feel welcome so welcome we went twice in one day my children loved it and the items for sale amazing even my husband loved it maybe another visit due before we leave definitely worth a visit ��

You have alienated me as a customer. You have no care for loyal enthusiasts in your products. I bought the zune and after the screen cracked while sitting on a desk, you did nothing about it. It was an issue many faced due to the battery expanding and putting pressure on the screen. I bought another zune to replace. I bought multiple windows phone the 520, 640,920, 1020 and the 950 xl. Went for the Assassin's Creed Origins launch event. They had a great set up with food, drinks, cosplayers and multiple gaming stations for us to play. Staff were really helpful and just as hyped as we were for the game. It's also just a really beautiful space, which makes complete sense considering the location.
