RecommendedA HUGE thank you to Alfredo and Daniel for going out of their way with amazing customer service! My son and I were visiting NY and stopped in. Alfredo got us a tour with Daniel. Daniel was great showing my son all the products and innovations with Microsoft. He loved the gaming experience! Hands down made his visit off the charts! These two employees are an asset to Microsoft!

The staff was very nice. Javon was the sales associate who helped me and he was very kind. I came in to get my son’s Xbox fixed and unfortunately I was told the warranty was up so I had to pay. I wasn’t happy about that but the staff was great. Kudos to Javon!
