Went there to check out the Xbox One X the other day and was treated with an amazing customer experience, sat down with one of the employees and we played about an hours worth of Forza 7 just as if I was home playing on my 4K TV!!! Everyone there was super friendly and helpful and will come back in a few weeks to purchase my One X and a bunch of games after I recover from the holiday shopping season lol, keep up the great work you guys are killing it!
I purchased a game card at the store. It was a gift for my son. They guaranteed me it would work. I travelled back home, gave the gift to my very happy son and tried to install it. Turns out the card was never activated when I purchased it. You can imagine the reaction of a very disappointed eight year old. I called the store. They kept connecting me to someone else and the last one disconnected the call. I have spoken with not one, but five different online support people and nobody could help.
