The staff wasn't knowledgeable, the products were unavailable in store but upon return home after purchasing an alternative we found that what we were seeking was available online. There is no way that I would have left Apple without a sales associate telling me that a. the item was available online and b. that they could assist me with ordering said item for either delivery to my home or in store pick up. If today's purchase was for me and not my son I would really just return everything. I'm disappointed and disgusted.
