Love the place, and don't usually need help (but appreciate the offers I always get from staff!), hence why I am there buying instead of at home, where everyone should do their research prior to going and buying. Once again the Tustin Micro Center hosed me. Purchased a $1300 Acer Predator monitor 10 days ago. today they had it for $100 off so I called the store and had them verify and was told to bring my receipt to get credited for the sale price since it was less than 30 day since my purchase. So I got my receipt and drove to the Tustin Store, the same store I called, and was told they will not honor the price and told me I could return the monitor if i didn't like it. Well guess what?
