Extended warranty is a joke. They don't look at your product when they say they will and then state they probably won't even bother to fix it. I am NOT accepting a "gift card" in lieu of a replacement item Microcenter so think again!
I tried to exchange a wireless keyboard that was defective after 3 months with original reciept and packing and was told I could not return. I did not want to return, only to get a product that worked. Never shopping at Microcenter again.
