My GO TO store for either parts or building a new PC. It was introduced to me by my brother-in-law which later became my "candy store". Picked most of the parts back in 2012 for my i5-3570K assembly. Then picked up parts for my kids' gaming assembly using AMD A8 and A10 around 2014-2015. Then went back recently for building another PC with the i9-9900K. Customer service isn’t great and for the tech repair to look at my laptop and repair it was five days, takes awhile to get help
Absolutely stellar service. We had ordered a monitor on the microcenter website. We drove 2 hours to this microcenter location to pick it up and after waiting a very long time with 2 impatient kids, we were told that the monitor that we had reserved was unavailable. Cameron, the front end supervisor, went absolutely above and beyond to make it right. What could have been an extremely bad experience turned out to be better than ever because Cameron is such an awesome manager. Definately will be coming back here.

had to wait forever for an online order. store was depressing and outdated looking.
I've purchased a few builds already in the past 6 months and I love coming into this store every time. Ish is my go to guy in the Build Your Own Department and I always pick his brain to see what he knows with computers and he knows his products very well. This is my first destination for anything computer related as they provide a wide selection with everything you need to build your own desktop computer.
Great people they always help me and has everything I need most of the time.
So we were in search of a modestly priced laptop and I asked three computer savvy co-workers if we were to get in our car, would they head to Best Buy or Fry's Electronics? All three said Microcenter! Omg....this place was huge and a bit intimidating, but once we found our way to the laptop section, Jose A. approached us and was very helpful.
