when I scanned barcode and checked in at 9:27am today I was #2.They do not open until 10am. I recieved text to enter walked to entrance walked to the online order pick up there was at least 15 people already in that line. explain that I was #2 . so stuck in another line for 20+ minutes. Dont waste time ordering online. Get there by 9am or expect 2-3 hour wait even with online orders.
Probably best to NOT pre-order for in-store pickup. After waiting outside for 1.5 hours I waited about another hour in the pickup line inside the store.

This place is incredibly organized for COVID 19! Get a number wait on your car, masks required and hands are sprayed with sanitizer! Awesome help, kind workers.
Was sold a used iPhone and told it would work with all carriers. 5 hours later, Verizon told me it doesn’t work with them. Go to exchange/return it and the boss women says even though they close in an hour, the line is too long to get in. Very rude
This store quickly went from being my favorite computer retailer to being no different than any other large corporation. As a student in electrical engineering, I set out to build a computer that would have allowed me to do more in depth design work than my laptop can accommodate. Huge selection. Super busy place, but helpful sales associates.
My new favorite specialized store for computers and parts, I'd even say it's several notches above Fry's. You won't find any washing machines, fans or vacuum cleaners at this store. Lol. Over all, Microcenter provides a great no-nonsense shopping experience complete with very friendly and knowledgeable employees. What more could a techy customer ask for?
