Friendly and professional
I would like to start off by saying that I have never had a landlord that has been as accommodating, and as responsible as them. Christina in the office is nothing but a pleasure to converse with, and John is as well. The maintenance man Joe is a friendly guy, and gets his work done right and quickly. I rented and lived at a property that they took over two years prior to the sale of the home to them. Never once had a problem with the previous landlord. I moved and attempted to retrieve mail that was left behind and after receiving the run around for about 9 days, they sent someone to meet me to retrieve the mail that I witnessed was on the front porch, about 4 days before.
