I have doing business with Michelson since 1996. I have bought several nice rings. I have a ring I bought in 2000 and had the 5/8 ct center diamond repaired in 2003 and replaced in 2006 due to the prongs would not hold the stone in. The prongs needed repaired again in 2013 and they told me it was not repairable anymore. So I guess there "lifetime warranty" is no good after so long. Michelsons prides itself on providing a FREE warranty where many other fine jewelers charge for a maintenance plan. We ask that your ring be inspected two times a year by our service department. This inspection is required so we can be proactive in securing your treasures!
