About 4 weeks ago, I went to the women’s expo all day on Saturday. Sunday morning we were at church, I looked down at my hand and noticed a black hole on my finger. My heart SANK! We went back looking everywhere for it with no luck. Josh called Michelson’s to tell them what had happened and they wanted us to send it to them, they would check it to make sure it wasn’t abused then replace it if everything checked out okay. My husband recently worked with a designer during Michelson's re-style event and created the most beautiful one-of-a-kind ring to celebrate our 30th Anniversary! Sue was great to work with and I couldn't be more pleased!
I took a necklace on my lunch hour that needed a new clasp. I expected to just drop it off and pick it up in a few days. Sue was so sweet and took it to the back to see if the jeweler could do it while I was in the store. He stopped his current project and took care of it. I was in and out in 15 minutes. The staff is always so kind and helpful.
