I'm so happy to have stumbled across PCC at Lake Mary and Nurse Practitioner Cooley. I recently scheduled an appointment with her for my annual physical. She was professional, kind, and answered all of my questions. I enjoyed minimum wait time during my visit, but didn't feel rushed during my time either. All in all, I had a top notch experience.

I have seen Michelle Cooley on multiple occasions and she is alway attentive, informative and I never feel rushed. She is warm, courteous and very thorough. The staff is warm and courteous as well. It is nice that you don't have to wait very long and you are treated as if you are the most important thing to them. Thank you for the great job you do.

absolutely I would recommend her. Very professional and didn't have to wait hours to be seen. I have been going to Primary Care Center for at least 5 years now, nicest dr/nurse I have seen.

I highly recommend Michelle Cooley, P.A She makes you feel so welcome, and puts you at ease the minute she walks into the room. I invariably get stressed when going to the doctor's office, resulting in frequent high blood pressure readings. With Michelle and her sweet Medical Assistant, Krystal, my levels registered in very normal range. I was ecstatic! Michelle also is a good listener and interacts well with the patient. Came across as very knowledgeable.
