Michelle knows what she tells you and remembers you from one visit to another no matter the length of time. She takes her time and really goes into great detail about your condition and then searches for answers about tests or whatever when asked. In other words, she goes way beyond what most doctors do and it is appreciated so very much! When you leave her office she even helps to carry out your portable oxygen out to the outer office when you do not have the strength to carry it yourself.
They just don't get any better then this lady. You wont be disappointed or ever dismissed by her.
Currently a fairly new patient to Michelle Cooley. Was assigned after previous doctor left . Did have some reservations about having a Nurse Practitioner. But now very comforter with my care and the expertise being shown.
Michelle is very pleasant and friendly to deal with. She is happy to answer questions and address any concerns.
Michelle Cooley is kind, patient and very professional. She listens to you and answers questions, patiently and promptly. She has a funny personality making you feel comfortable as she works with you on your appointment. :) djc
She is friendly - honest - has your best interest in mind - is direct with her findings and recommendations - and persuasive with labs and symptomatic conditions to follow her advice.
