The staff at this facility are very friendly and nice. I’ve only had positive experiences every time I have an office visit. The nurses appear to be upbeat and friendly. Michelle Cooley, although she is not a doctor, might as well be one. I feel comfortable with her like I haven’t felt in a long time because she shows me that she truly cares about my well-being. She is very patient and takes her time with me even if I’m having a sensitive moment.
Michelle is always friendly and smiling. She takes the time to explain things, whether it’s a test or prescription, and makes me feel safe to be in her care. I never have an issue discussing difficult situations with her.
Michelle listens and pays careful attention to my needs. I never feel rushed and she's completely focused on me, not pre-occupied. Stephanie is a top notch assistant too.
