I had scheduled an appt w/ Michelle for my husband since we were moving from NY and needed a physician in FL. I was so impressed with her knowledge and professionalism that I decided to see her for myself. This was the best decision that I made. She has a wonderful personality, great bedside manners and takes her time during your visit and you don’t feel rushed. I would strongly recommend me as a provider, she is an exceptional Nurse Practitioner.
Michelle makes me feel very comfortable, not only in the level of care she provides but as a person also. She has never made me feel rush... always takes the time to listen to any changes or new symptoms I may be experiencing, like I am her only patient. I would recommend her, and have to any of my friends or family.
At 70 years old, and having spent 20 years in the U.S. Army, I have experienced many health providers. Ms. Cooley ranks up there with the very best. She is patient, friendly and makes going to the doctor's office a very pleasant experience.
