The Dr worked us in, took his time to review the MRI and X Ray. Explained what needed to be done, addressed our concerns and got my husband scheduled for surgery.

As always it was wonderful. The staff from the person checking me in to checking me out were friendly and efficient. Dr. Deleeuw as always gave me all my options, explaining least evasive and most. We discussed and picked a course of action we were both comfortable with....I have never had a bad experience in this office.
I had never met with Dr. Yergler before. When he made his “grand entrance “ into the exam room he went directly to his computer to review my X-rays without introducing himself. I’m thinking, “Who is this? I assume it’s the doctor, but…?” He stated that he has performed 20,000 joint replacements with none of his patients presenting with my issue. Dr. Michael Yergler was on time with my appointment. He had reviewed my x-rays taken prior to my appointment. He examined my shoulder, ordered one more x-ray. He then returned, looked at x-ray, ruled out a dislocation, and determined probable injured rotator cuff. He then ordered an MRI. He listened to my explanation of what I was feeling., Very business like, and very efficient and competent.
Dr. Yergler says he will find out what is wrong with my shoulder after 3 years of constant pain. My consultation did seem rushed. I didn't understand the medical terms but I have hope at this point. He is the last doctor I am trusting!
