Dr. Yergler is friendly, courteous, professional and stays on top of all of the current technology and procedures. He performed surgery to replace both of my knees and explained the surgery, answered all my questions and encouraged me throughout my recovery. After years of constant pain that limited my activity, I truly have a new perspective on life. Dr. Yergler was highly recommended to me by some of his former patients and I, in turn, highly recommend him to any prospective patients.

Very negative. First time meeting with this doctor. He walked in exam room, looked at computer screen, asked how long condition has bothered me (10 months. Prior MRI had indicated cyst on hip), looked up, said 'I am a surgeon. This is not a surgical matter.' But, then he stated he would order another hip MRI to get to the bottom of the matter, and walked out. No acknowledgement of our presence, no how can l help. 2 months ago, Dr. Yergler immediately saw problem with my knee, treated it. Since then I could exercise and walk without pain ! Today, I played my first ever game of Pickleball ! Bless Dr. Y, and the entire SBO Staff. I am beyond grateful.

Living in a Chicago suburb I have a lot of choices. Extremely happy with Dr Yergler and when the time comes to have my other hip replaced, I’m going back to him

while I understand that the doctor's time is valuable. That said so is mine and having to wait in the treatment room for nearly a half hour is not acceptable. Then the doctor appeared disinterested in what I had to say..
