They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted

Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, I felt informed when I left Was this podiatrist friendly? Very! The most welcoming office I've visited!

I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I was happy that I got in for a follow-up appointment because it helped a lot. However, had I not made the appointment, there never would have been one. It would've been nice if they would have recommended one. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. I would just like to add that Dr. Joyce and his staff are all so very caring and wonderful. They made me feel very comfortable and helped me through a very long and crazy past 4 weeks. I had 2 surgeries on my foot and I am still not able to walk on it. In the beginning Dr. joyce was so very understanding to my issues. I am on a program for depedant on pain pills, and dr. Joce never judged me, he also worked with me on how to get through my pain without taking alot of pain pills. I was very worried about how a Dr was going to... read more

Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? A little, but it was bearable Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they had everything you could possibly need! Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful.
