Easy and friendly check-in Medical staff was awesome Procedure went well
Dr. Farrell has been my GI Doctor for over 24 years. He is always very attentive to any of my issues. He spends time and has a great bedside manner.
Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Staff took time to explain entire procedure and answered any questions that I had. Procedure started on time.
I spent 1 hour and 15 minutes in the waiting room before leaving. This was after needing to be rescheduled from my original telehealth visit. It seems as though this office may be overwhelmed and unable to manage its patient load.
Extremely efficient. My appointment was at 3:00pm. So I was called at 3:00. By 4:30 the procedure was performed and I was assisted to the car where my daughter was waiting to drive home. Excellent service!
I have had two procedures with Dr. Feder and I recommend him to anyone with gastrointestinal issues. All of the staff were kind and informative every step of the way.
Very impressed with the correspondence and communication throughout.
Have had wonderful experiences with Dr. Feder. He is so easy to talk to, understanding and relatable. I met him while being hospitalized and I wouldn’t EVER consider going to anyone else.
