My experience with Dr. Farrell was very helpful and I appreciate the care that he took with me today and what he's doing to help me.
Yes he is a great Dr. He also listens to your problem and tries to help you get to the bottom of what is going on.
Dr. Farrell and his office staff were phenomenal. Everyone was extremely friendly, efficient and helpful. From the time I entered the office until I left, I felt that I was well taken care of…Dr. Farrell listened to me and asked appropriate questions regarding my purpose for scheduling my appointment. I am very satisfied with my appointment and looking forward to continuing under Dr. Farrell’s care.
I am answering for my wife because she is Asian and my English might be easier to understand. My wife had an excellent experience with Dr. Farrell. He listened carefully and concerning about everything he said. He will be scheduling 2 tests.
Dr. is very impersonal and dismissive to the point of rudeness. Difficult to obtain my own health information and have it explained to me.
I am very fund of Dr. Farrell. He has been their for me on many procedures. As of his recommendation I have just had a feeding tube put in last Friday at VCU. They had me call him to have him double the prescription. I left a message early Monday morning. It is Tuesday night and I have not received a follow up call yet. When going in for a colonoscopy and endoscopy. I told the nurses that for some reason my sugar would bottom out and I have gotten violent when it happens. They told me that everything would be okay and I was in good hands. They checked my blood sugar and it was 81. Dr. Farrell did the procedures and came to give me the results of his findings, but no one checked my blood sugar after the procedure and the worst happened. Medical training and personality. Also didn’t rush first appointment.
I am the son of one of his patients. She is 79 and has Alzheimer's. Dr. Farrell and his staff are completely worthless. Their follow up is non existent, it took 3 days to get results from an in patient colonoscopy. It took several calls to finally get answers. I left a message about a medication reaction. It has been 3 days and no response.
