Visit was conducted efficiently both by the nurse and Dr Farrell. Visit was pleasant and not intimidating. He gave me all the useful infringe needed for my visit.
Went in for a procedure with Dr. Farrell. He was running a bit behind from another procedure, but staff kept me informed. He met with me before my procedure, explained everything, and followed up afterwards as he said he would. Overall a great experience.
I went to the Staples Mill location for my procedure. The male RN nurse (Anthony? Andrew?) who started my IV was AMAZING. The CNA nurse, Melissa, who assisted me at the end, was also awesome!! Thank you so much.
