Colonoscopy. The entire staff and Dr. Farrell make what could be a scary procedure seem like nothing!
Appointment was on time. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great care given
I went in for my first Colonoscopy and I must say I have never been around a more professional and friendly staff!! They all made me feel so comfortable that any worries I had went right out the door!!
Dr. Farrell was the only doctor who truly helped and listened to me. He went the extra mile and referred me to a specialist.
The process took a little longer than expected but everyone was very pleasant and professional.
Dr. Feder is the best ! He is smart and compassionate about his patients.. truthful and honest always .
I saw Dr Farrell today for a GI issue that has been causing me serious pain and distress for several months. He asked direct questions and provided his opinion on options for addressing. I feel that he took my situation seriously and is interested in finding satisfactory resolution. He provided a good course of action and I also scheduled a follow-up to ensure resolution.
Dr. Feder is always wonderful, he listens and works to find a solution and he is genuinely such a nice open doctor that makes you feel he cares and not make you feel you are a bother!
The nurses prepping me for the procedure were wonderful and calming.
