Had a frozen water line. Came out first thing in the morning and spent several hours in the bitter cold to get us squared away. Also took time to explain everything to a very stressed out mama. Would definitely recommend and will use them in the future. New lifelong customer here.
Recently, my main water service line broke under my foundation and was draining into my sump pump. Within minutes of calling about my predicament, I received a call back and a time was scheduled to check out the problem. I received a very fair quote that day. I was scheduled for replacement and even though the temperatures were in the single digits, everyone on the team did an excellent job. Very Expensive and Dishonest! He was supposed to give me a free estimate. He looked at my outside faucet. He said "let me see what I can do." Ended up changing a top that probably costed him $2. He never disclosed any price. He writes me a ticket for $168. $168 in just 10 minutes!! I call him 2 hours later to inform him that I am considering filing a complaint. He says "This is the trust cost of our services, but I will come in and give you your check back and remove the part I installed" 2 days later he doesn't show up. I c... read more
