Awesome all around. Dr is amazing and Keri and Kelly are the absolute best at reassuring you and making sure you know exactly what is going on.
I love the medical staff but his business office staff truly need training on dealing with patients and learn more on how the insurance companies that have contracts with Dr. Lagrone. I will be filing a complaint with the State of Texas Insurance for the poor handling with the billing aspect of his services.
My daughter had spinal fusion surgery four years ago and is doing wonderful! She is very active and has not slowed down at all. She is currently leading a FUGE camp in Mississippi. This surgery has given her a better quality of life.
Fantastic doctor! He did my daughter's back surgery for her severe scoliosis. One of the best in Texas! If you are in the panhandle region, come see him before you travel anywhere else
I was very nervous but the P.A. was very nice and explained everything to me very well. Very happy with everyone in the office
Dr. LaGrone did my fusion last summer, and I couldn't be more pleased. He eased all my fears I've ever had about back surgery. He also does a phenomenal job pre-op through post-op care.
Very professional. I would highly recommend Dr. LaGrone without any hesitation. Wonderful care. Very knowledgeable.
