Not a problem with Dr. Gerber but with the staff. Underwent back surgery and was still in pain although I was told at the pre-surgical appointment, immediate recovery. Not so, so when I was told to call for followup MRI if I were still in pain, I called for 4 days and no one had the decency to call me back so consequently I did not get the MRI in time for my follow up appointment and as a result my insurance did not have enough time to approve it.
