Met with Dr. Wey for a 6 month review of back and neuropathy issues. Dr. Is very professional, friendly and well dressed. He gave me some excellent suggestions for treatment of a lower back pain which does require surgery. Will treat this and the neuropathy with increases medication (gabapentin), exercises recommended by physical therapy, acupuncture and continued pain management (shots) sessions. Very disappointed. Seems more interested in the money and dragging things out rather than help me quickly. If the nerve block didn’t work on the left side, why have me come back and do the right side? Had an epidural on the right side. Why not do both sides at the same time? Because he gets more money doing it separately. And it’s always in the surgery center where I have to pay $150 copay + 20% coinsurance. Great visit. Office great. Staff very welcoming. Dr Gerber and his PA were very nice. Explained everything and we’re very carrying. Look forward to working together.
This was a follow-up visit for the back surgery I had in Feb 2022.
Everyone at the office was friendly and helpful. Doctor was thorough in his examination. My pain has definitely decreased with PT.

I have never had anything but praise and thanks for the NASA team. It’s an impressive group of professionals-MD’s and staff- who provide compassionate, intelligent care which includes prompt responses to requests for help.My family members and I have had medical help from NASA for many years, 10 at least, including surgery. I constantly recommend them and especially Dr. Wey, but its surgeons as well.
Dr Gerber diagnosed an aggressive Spinal Tumor on me and quickly got me for a biopsy just before going on vacation. He and his team were fantastic as was NCH I give him and his team 5stars. Thanks DR Gerber for the good care Mike from Cape Coral.
