I like the conservative approach, it seems to match what I need. He listens and spends time to help understand the whats and why's of the treatment plan.
If your looking for a Dr. and an office staff that doesn’t answer the phone, return your messages or spends 5 minutes reviewing your issues with you than this is the place for you. The office staff is rude, inept and clearly has not had any customer service training. Patients are seen as nothing more than an “insurance claim with an MRI” waiting in line for any type of pain relief. The staff was friendly and Dr. Novak really took his time checking out my husband's headache problem.
Not only does Dr Wey have an exceptional medical background, he is very thorough, demonstrates care and understanding of patient’s problems and concerns, and answers patient’s questions clearly and completely. He is never rushed, explains treatment, goals, and prevention for maintaining the best level of wellness. His office staff is excellent also…. I very highly recommend Dr Wey!!!

Ongoing back pain which is becoming worse
Dr. Wey listens to his patients, reviews his/her medical history,is very patient and detail oriented. A knowledgeable Diagnostition , his staff is very friendly and most helpful. I highly recommend this physician for all neurological needs.
