My first visit went well. The second visit I had an 8 o'clock appointment which was one of the first appointments of the day. After an hour of waiting, I went up to the front desk and asked why am I still waiting and she the doctor had yet to come in for his appointments. I rescheduled the appointment. The next appointment, was also early in the day. Waited 1 1/2 hours and got up and left. The staff couldn't have been less helpful. It shows a lack of respect for the patient.
Dr Get her gave me a much more detailed description of my spinal issues while showing me my new imaging than I never have had with any other doctor reviewing my spine. It least for that I thank you.
I have been seeing Dr Wey for a little over a year. My headaches have been cut in half and I have meds for the others that reduces their intensity. It is a win and relief for me.
Dr Gerber is taking the time and has the expertise to diagnose the issue. He is taking a conservative approach which I appreciate. He takes time to explain things.
Very happy with the time and explanations provided by both Dr Gerber and his PA Miguel. The staff is friendly, and with a busy schedule, I wasn’t waiting long. NASA has a great team
This was my first visit but immediately felt his empathy to my issues. I'm terrified yet have confidence in him, his staff & his skill!
Dr Gerber was attentive, friendly and concerned about My pain. He decided on a course of action for Me and I am hopeful for relief.
No bedside manner. Just the facts ma'am. May be proficient in his specific area of neurology but given something unusual he appears to know nothing and can not help offering some doc who might be able to help. Suggested Mayo. His staff was excellent. He was not.
