As soon as he saw me he knew I had GBS, got the treatment started right away, he saved my life! I am eternally grateful. He listens to my fears and concerns, and addressed them all. I just saw him again and because of his fast treatment I am 100% recovered! Thank you Dr.Wey forever grateful
Dr. Gerber is very personable and truly cares about you and your concerns.
Dr. Gerber and his staff are like a well oiled machine from registration through consultation. The pleasant staff signs you in then your turn includes vitals to the nurse then detailed discussion with Dr. G’s PA who is very knowledgeable about the patients history. The visit culminates with an MRI review and discussion with Dr. Gerber including his recommendations on treatment. I will be having an outpatient procedure in a couple of weeks and pray that it alleviates my back and sciatic never pain. Top marks for Dr. G!!!
Chatted during entire appointment…….on the wrong leg!!!! Doesn’t look at you, didn’t explain anything. Office staff is HORRIBLE

Dr. Novak was my doctor a few years back and was also my mother's, father's and husband's doctor as well. I have two new issues I need for HIM to evaluate, not my regular physician who are NOT specialists. Tried booking appt on their "preferred" online site. That was three weeks ago and still waiting. Called three more times via telephone. Got messaging system each time. Again, no one called me back and that was within a two week period. He diagnosed that I had a stroke, so this was a follow up visit. I had to wear a heart monitor for 3 weeks, but he offered nothing about the outcome! I also had an echo with bubble. ( he ordered the test) But he never got the results! My cardiologist said they sent him the results! The results showed a hole in my heart! I asked if the hole in my heart could have caused my stroke and he said no. Then why did he order the test? Ever since I began investigating the causes of my pain and through an eventual surgery and aftercare Dr Gerber his PA's Sybil and Miguel and all the office staff at NASA are the best! I have never waited more than 15 minutes and often only 5 for my appointment time and my time with the Dr. or his staff is pleasant and productive.
