Michael was able to assess the house value in the local area. He did some door to door conversations with the local neighbors. The value of the house spiked through his aggressive campaigning. The house stagers he has a working relationship with helped immensely and they made the residence more beautiful. Once the viewings were over and the offers came in, he worked around the clock to get the right family in the house and a comfortable value for the previous family. I highly recommend his services for buyer or seller.
