Having been to unreputable chiropractors before I can tell you Dr Lau is above reproach. I’ve been going to Dr Lau for years and have found him to be very ethical, compassionate and caring. He has suggested exercises to help strengthen muscles in my lower back. He is the most ethical person I’ve met in a long time. This man is a joke! As I was sitting in the lobby multiple people were rescheduling and paying. It's funny how everybody has the same treatment plan 3 x a week for 12 weeks!!!!!! How can everybody have the same treatment? He told me that some people are just lonely and having him just touch them is enough for them to feel better? I had an accident, making it difficult and painful to walk, or do much of anything. After a couple of visits, Dr. Lau had me back to my normal self, and able to get back to my regular activities with no problems. I appreciate being able to get an appointment so fast and the professional and courteous staff. You all are amazing!!
Dr. Lau and his staff at Natural Health & Chiropractic Center are always very warm, helpful and caring. It has taken several years to find a place that treats and provides flexible care and visible results and would recommend them to others. I also greatly appreciate the appointment reminders via text that keep my health routine at the forefront of my schedule.
The facility is always extremely clean & comfortable. The staff is very welcoming and always accommodates our needs. Victoria and I have had nothing but a wonderful experience at your office!
As usual Dr. Lau is great. Staff was nice and efficient, waiting room is always clean and smells good. Dr. Lau always helps my headaches.

Everyone I've encountered on the staff is extremely polite and helpful. They get me in to see the Dr. extremely quickly. This is very quick especially compared to other doctors' offices. The doctor and his staff are very efficient and get results quickly so I can get back to my day. Overall my experiences have been very positive.
