All the staff are happy people. I did not see one frown.
The staff was very nice and considerate and Dr. Duval was very polite and professional and straightforward.

Dr. Duval and all of the LOS personnel are professional, kind, and informative. Extremely short wait times partnered with a staff that makes you feel cared for; my visits here could not be any more pleasant.

Dr Duval did not communicate with me before or after my surgery. He didn’t tell me what to expect or what I should or shouldn’t do after surgery. I wasn’t given any sort of protocol for recovery. He & I did not have a conversation. He may have spoken to my ex hus When I went in to see him 2 weeks post op the first thing the front desk told me loudly was “you do know you’re out of network right” omg NO I DID NOT!
