I arrived early to fill out paperwork and then waited another hour before being called back for x-rays, then more waiting to see the P.A. I had another appointment to get to which had been scheduled for 2 hours later and was late for that one. I'm not sure if this was normal for Dr. Duval, but it hasn't been for other Drs. I've seen at LOS.
My visit was about my knee getting new jail put in it the last gel shots last me two years
Everyone was nice!
Very friendly staff, clean facilities, and prompt care.
I have been a patient of Dr. Duval for over 16 years. His smile is contagious and his attitude is positive. Because of his efforts I have a better quality of life.
I referred Dr. Duval to a friend for her hip I went with her to her appt. and not only did he take care of her, he took care of my knee that needed to be drained!!!
