Great personality. Gets straight to the problem.
Everyone in the office is very professional and organized. This surgeon is such an expert. He is polite, knowledgeable and professional.
Dr. Duval care is excellent. He is always willing to listen, explaining everything in terms you can understand. His staff is friendly & quick to respond to calls.
I’ve had 2 previous procedures with Dr. Duval. Without going into detail both experiences were excellent. The procedure, the facilities and staff are all 1st class and caring of their patients. I wouldn’t consider using another orthopedic surgeon. Ideally I’ll stop breaking stuff, but if I don’t he’s the go to.
Very professional and incredible surgeon. After 2 Total Knees and Hip replacement. Grateful to have my life back.
My last visit with Dr. Duval, it touched my heart when he showed his happiness for me for being happy that I got my life back after my hip surgery. He showed not only happiness, but was very caring in my visit and indeed professional. Dr. Duval only wants the best for his patients.
The staff is always so friendly and caring. They make you feel special when you’re not feeling your best. As for Dr. Duval this is the second time I have an issue and needed to see him. I am always satisfied how he conducts himself and the great care he gives his patients. Thank you everyone!
Waited in the exam room one and a half hours to see the Dr. lights in the room went out and I fell asleep alone in the dark. Total visit including waiting room was two and a half hours. That seemed unnecessarily long.
I admit upfront that I was a little out of sorts that day because I am normally on top of my health being a cancer survivor as well as having a pacemaker but I felt extremely rushed and left there more confused than when I entered . Staff was kind and Dr Duval was kind but I believe that a patient should never leave with more questions than before entering and I will have to contact them in regards to MrI readings again sort of frustrating
