Dr. Herbenick was great but his assistant was dismissive and I had to ask for results that then seemed readily available. I had to ask again how to follow up on those results. It was like pulling teeth to get help from her.
They are all great people!!!
Everyone is so pleasant at Miami Valley South.
The examining room was c-o-l-d! The doctor could have zeroed in on my functional goals better, what I wanted from treatment, as my ADLs are unlike others', or telling me that I may have unreasonable expectations which might (or might not!) require modifications of my lifestyle.
First meeting with the doctor was good. He was professional and explained my problem with my shoulder and what needs to be done to help me .
My visit was excellent. Check in process was quick and easy. X-rays were done promptly that doctors would need. Had a chance to meet with both resident and doctor for an exam and plan was then presented for addressing my concerns. Very pleased with the outcome.
I travel 3.5 hrs to see this beyond AWESOME surgeon!!!
