Dr. Michael Herbenick is my Hero!! For over 18 months following my first shoulder surgery, I have experienced constant pain in my right shoulder. Now, 12 weeks after Dr. Herbenick repaired my partial tear of the long head bicep and removed several areas of scar tissue, I am pain free!! He and his staff are also VERY patient and kind, and I would HIGHLY recommend them to my family and friends!!

Dr. Herbenick and his associate listened and summarized what I had to say. Asked good questions, and listened to my answers, then gave me alternatives. Ultimately, we decided to concentrate on strengthening my shoulder muscles with the antibiotic spacer to see if we can keep it from slipping. I was pleased with this decision.
Always a good experience
Not enough time spent with the patient. In and out.
I was very pleased with this experience. My one suggestion would be to have a cancellation list, so other patients could possibly get in to the doctors earlier than scheduled whenever there is an opening from a cancellation. I waited 1 1/2 -2 weeks for my appointment, while suffering with pain. I asked if my name could be placed on such a list, and the scheduler/receptionist told me they do not do that.
