I read the chart note from my visit in My Chart. The notes didn't accurately reflect the full picture of my pain level reported to the doctor. I reported a pain level of 2 in my shoulder while sitting still but a 7 if I moved it in particular ways. I also wondered why the Dr. didn't do more of a physical exam of my shoulder area that was injured. He reviewed Xrays and CT from ER visit.

All medical personnel were professional and answered all questions well
He spent about 5 minutes with me. Did not share the x-ray result. He ordered an injection under ultrasound guidance and the check out girl had no clue how to schedule it. She kept trying to make it a nurse visit which it is not. Frustrating.
Very good at what he does.
