He had a welcoming connection. He understood that I wanted to get better without surgery or pain killers. When I asked for an explanation of the pain, he explained the essence of the problem. It was a repeat of issue that was treated 4.5 years ago. I received exercises to start in 5 days.
Dr Herbenick previously fixed my left shoulder. He did an excellent job then and I trust him to do so again with my right.

My insurance was incorrectly billed. I was referred by the VA hospital but you billed my insurance, you will need to correct this.
Dr. Herbenick is a skilled surgeon. I am healing very quickly.

Very informative and very easy to communicate with Dr Herbenick.
Epic unexpected downtime was in progress. Appeared to be no downtime procedure for checkout or scheduling future appt. Would have expected staff to possibly log pts name and give pt a call to schedule appt when systems came back up. Instead, pts (me) were just told to call back to the office possibly tomorrow. No downtime discharge instructions available. It was a rough day across the system.
