Had an MRI done and called to see what the results meant, was told they could not tell me over the phone and I had to make an appt. I told them I didn't have the time for an appt and to just have the Dr. call me and explain what the results were. I was frustrated with what I was told and after trying to explain to the receptionist she hung up on me! Very unprofessional and I will find another Dr.! Seems to me all they want is anther appt. to charge me for when the results could have been explained over the phone.
Doctor Hendel and his team took care of my ACL surgery. They are outstanding and very courteous! Thank you
