Chattanooga Neurosurgery and Spine has a excellent team of Neurosurgeon. The PA's and all other medical staff are very skilled and trained. They really help you understand what your going through. We were in and out in no time. No long wait to in the lobby
Based on past appointments and surgery I would normally give them a 5 start... however, I have been waiting now 3 weeks to get an appointment with Dr. Hoffman for an epidural. THREE WEEKS to have someone call me to make an appointment? The first time I called to follow up to see when I would get a call, the lady that answered refused to connect me to anyone and just said, "she has files on her desk and will call you whenever she gets to you". Absolutely worse experience- ever! They called the house at 7:30 a.m. telling my grandmother that she needed to come in and discuss the results of her mri as soon as possible; only for use to drive near 70 miles to tell us that they do not except her insurance. For them to act as if the results are dire they lack the empathy to settle her nerves. Now- because of their error- she is left not knowing the diagnosis until she can be seen by another clinic.
