I went in for a routine cleaning and Dr. Landy chipped my front tooth. I understand this can happen accidentally sometimes, but the worst part was that he didn't even tell me he had done it! I started walking out and realized it was chipped when I was on my out the door. He finally agreed to "squeeze me in" to fix it that day, which was important b/c I had a job interview the next day. The icing on the cake was that he sent me a bill for the repair! I refused to pay it and they dropped it. I haven't been back since.

Dr. Landy's usually pre-occupied and rarily sticks to his scheduled appointments. Last time I showed up for an appointment to have him complete installing a new crown, I waited for 10 minutes before his assistant appeared to tell me that the crown hadn't arrived yet! This happened even though his scheduler called me the day before reminding me that I had an appt the following day. When I first went to him, he was vague about how much work I would need to have, then he started installing new crowns one-by-one. When I asked hi... read more

I went to Dr. Landy because he was the closest to my apartment at the time. I absolutely hate the dentist, but Dr. Landy was a good listener and very helpful in easing my worries.

Dr. Landy is very pushy. He treated me like I was a money bag and he pushed products on me, including unnecessary procedures ("extensive cleaning"), oral cancer screening (even though I am very young with none of the risk factors), and used scare tactics to induce me to buy a night guard (which I regrettably did for a high price). Do not go to Dr. Landy. I will be seeing a new dentist who does not act like a salesperson and treat me like a captive customer in the dentist chair.

I am very pleased with everything, from the painlessness, to the carefulness in not jumping to the most expensive proposition. He also stresses the preventative options, which I appreciateHe participates with my discount insurance company, which is a big plus!

Excellent doctor! Managed to do a swift and wonderful job! Had a filling done and considering my phobia of dentists it went well.

Extremely expesive, my onlay came off twice within the first year! And my crown is showing metal spots because he didn't use enought porcelain and didn't do the fitting right. When you go back for them to fix their mistakes, they refuse to take responsibility and charge you again. I spent $5000 in that office and they will never see me again. Nursing staff is pretty rude to when you need to schedule an emergency appointment. I mean it! I have never wriiten a complaint before!

Visiting Dr. Landy set me back $5000.00 and left me unsatisfied. The receptionists at his office are rude, inattentive, and impossible to speak with. Dr. Landy rushed me into consenting to and paying for treatment w/out allowing me time to think it through and make an informed discision. I completed the invisaline process but I was unhappy with the result, and I was unable to appeal to anyone. Dr. Landy tried to convince me that the process was a success, only after I had completed my payments. Invisalign depends on Doctors ... read more

I arrived on time for my cleaning appointment, but still had to wait for 45 minutes. The dental hygienist was very unpleasant and did a poor job cleaning my teeth. All she did was polish them--there was no scraping, no flossing, no deep cleaning. Dr. Landy told me he was going to do an "intensive" deep cleaning. He numbed my gums and worked on cleaning my teeth for literally 3 minutes. Then, he suggested I purchase a $600 appliance (for grinding) from him. I was charged $130 for the cleaning, which lasted all of 10 minutes. ... read more
