Horrible. They let my husband (age 40) slip thru the cracks for 2 years with an aneurysm. Frazier tried telling me that "maybe you were just in shock so you forgot". I am a nurse, I would not have "forgotten" that my husband has an aneurysm. I asked for a visual picture for my husband, so they could explain it to him & the CMA said "he can just google it".
