At the end of October 2019, I ordered Hunter Douglas blinds for my home and gave Michael $2,200.00 deposit on the promise that they would be installed before Thanksgiving. That did not happen. After endless promises of delivery soon, eventually Michael told me that he could not deliver because of some disagreement with Hunter Douglas, and would refund my deposit. The worst purchasing experience of any we have had. Would not recommend ever.
Never followed up and replaced damaged shade. Very disappointed. Problems with order from the start.
I had a great experience with the design consultant, Barbara. However, it all went south when Michael himself got involved. His arrogance killed my purchase. He even hung up on me. Horrific service and not recommended.
I was extremely satisfied with my purchase of Hunter Douglas Shades. The sales rep Andrew was very knowledgeable. When he came to my house to measure, he gave me several suggestions as to how to place the shades. In the end, his recommendation was the one I went with and the look is specular! Michael was always available to answer any of my questions and the installation was first class.
Excellent design service and excellent installation. Nice people too!
