I never post comments or reviews, but I felt compelled to bc Gavin really helped me. My lower back and upper shoulder were both very tight and in pain, but after a few sessions I feel dramatically better. Not only is Gavin punctual and professional, but more importantly he is extremely knowledgeable and really understands the human body. On holiday and my neck got real stiff and soar. I managed to get an appointment with Gavin turning up at the hotel. In one hour I go from imobilised to full flexibility! Really amazed by his skills and combination of deep tissue, trigger points and stretching.
I sought out Gavin for my knee injury. He was very skilful, caring and knowledgable. Gavin was also super friendly and we shared a lot of stories and laughs. Highly recommend Gavin as your trustworthy therapist!
