Used them today for a relatively easy emergency repair. Everyone I dealt with was professional. The plumber arrived well within the quoted time. He was very polite and professional. He made sure to solve my problem as inexpensively as possible. I will use them again in the future.

I had a leak in one of my toilet's valve and MSP was recommended by my realtor at EWM and they were here within an hour. Mauricio was vey knowledgeable, efficient and very pleasant. I was extremely impressed with the service.

Called on Mon 6/26 for an estimate. Gave Junior all the details and building plans in an email. Thought they were working on it, but then Jose calls days later (Fri 6/30) needing to visit the site before he can quote it (I thought it odd in the first place that they were going to quote such a large job based on email info). Replied by email, and followed up with phone call. Agreed to meet between 1 and 3 that day. But he was a no show and no phone call. Emailed them both and asked if they wanted to reschedule. They put faucets on backwards. 2 months later the hot water faucet would not turn off. Called them for FOUR hours before they FINALLY sent someone to fix THEIR mistake!!!! Being unresponsive to clients is inexcusable! Bad work followed by ignoring customer is BAD policy.

You can't get a better plumbing service in South Florida. They show up when they say. Complete the job quickly. Leave the area clean. Very nice people and we'll always use them.
