Another typical Miami experience. I called Miami Shores Plumbing after I had a problem with my shower. The plumber could not resolve my problem even though he spent a lot of time at my home. He did not have the right tools with him to resolve simple problems and left a mess that I had to clean up afterwards. He left the house in-between to get parts only to return to say the store doesn't have them. Used them today for a relatively easy emergency repair. Everyone I dealt with was professional. The plumber arrived well within the quoted time. He was very polite and professional. He made sure to solve my problem as inexpensively as possible. I will use them again in the future.

I had a leak in one of my toilet's valve and MSP was recommended by my realtor at EWM and they were here within an hour. Mauricio was vey knowledgeable, efficient and very pleasant. I was extremely impressed with the service.

Called on Mon 6/26 for an estimate. Gave Junior all the details and building plans in an email. Thought they were working on it, but then Jose calls days later (Fri 6/30) needing to visit the site before he can quote it (I thought it odd in the first place that they were going to quote such a large job based on email info). Replied by email, and followed up with phone call. Agreed to meet between 1 and 3 that day. But he was a no show and no phone call. Emailed them both and asked if they wanted to reschedule. The WORST experience EVER! They installed bathtub faucets in backwards. A few months later the hot water faucet would not shut off. We called & let them know it was an emergency. After the second call we requested that they also let the owner know. We called AGAIN. After a couple of hours they called to say someone was on their way. An hour and a half later a technician FINALLY showed up. He had to turn off the water completely. So now I cannot take a bath for another 24 hours.
