I received terrible service from real estate agent Alberto Arrinda. This man was unfamiliar with the house selling procedures, as my agent had to explain several things to him. In my opinion, he didn't properly advise the seller. After the inspection, problems arose, and he never gave us the opportunity to obtain an estimate of the damages to determine if I, as the buyer, could afford them.
