This place excels in customer service and sharpest, skilled technicians! Those aspects matter to me. From the reception crew at front desk to the fabulous Arlene’s manicure and pedicure, I am completely and happily surprised ( difficult to find excellency in customer service in this town) and fabulously satisfied. My happy time of my busy week is what I call my “!Arlene’s time”.
I made an appointment to get an acrylic set and gel pedicure. Mind you I was called like 10 times to confirm appointment. As soon as I walked in the nail tech came up to me asked what color I wanted. And asked what else was I getting done and I quote she said “yo no tengo tiempo pa eso”. Basically screaming it to the top of her lungs. EXTREMELY unprofessional. The techs name is naicy pero no es nicey. Definitely will not be coming back. I’ve never met somebody who didn’t have time to do their job that they literally get paid... read more
