There are better options in Miami-Dade and Broward counties. This firm will come up with any number of reasons or excuses why they did not respond to inquiries or address problems that typically arise with HOAs and the communities they allegedly serve.
The worst ever. I live in Horizons West, at Kendall and 133 Avenue Road, and the excrement floods out of the pipes. You call them and report it, and it take days for them to really do a good job. The manager of the association does not give her face at all. They just give excuses for the problem and don not solve it at all. In five years has happened 3 times already. Right now all toilets and showers are full of excrements. Help!
Do not buy where this people manage the properties, they are rud,e incompetent. I have had them for some years, recently sold my property and big relief not to deal with this people. They think they own your home,. Garbage
Do not even consider this people to manage you property.
