After a long, tumultuous, and disappointing rental application process with Good Life Property Management their team sealed the deal by leaving a voicemail, intended for me, on my personal reference's voicemail. The voicemail included details regarding my application status, credit standings, and notified this reference on my intent to move. All of this information should have remained confidential. We started our lease in June of 2024. Since then ***** has been super helpful with everything, starting from our move-in process to addressing diverse problems that have arose during our time being here. In the future we will definitely consider another property under Goodlife, because of Marias ability to accommodate and help us when needed.

I lived in one of the properties managed by Good Life Property Management and I had a great experience with the staff. They responded on time, managed the property well and worked very well on the issues, repairs, roommate transfer, move out etc.. ***** ***** helped us with the move out process and also later with rental history verification with the new leasing company. I like this property management company! ****** is super sweet, professional, and on top of things! I found the perfect place and he is just so cool! I love how the place is a gated community with a ton of security. I can't wait to live there!
