AVOID AT ALL COST! It is not worth your life! I am fighting to survive after moving into a unit that I was assured would be cleaned during the global pandemic! Brandon Schuller won't stop harassing me, as I have informed multiple staff members from the organization that my primary concern is my health and wellness! As a property owner, this feedback is relevant to other owners who are seeking a management company to protect their asset. I was optimistic when I initially communicated with Good Life but within the span of 4 months, I cannot recommend them for several reasons. First-- they do not provide receipts for raw materials purchased. I asked for receipts when I was quoted the various repairs that totaled just under the $1000 required for preparing the unit for habitation, line items which were questionably expensive.
